• The Pest Count data collected on our Monitoring Stations will be analysed and plotted on a Pest Trending Analysis Chart by our Quality Analyst;
• The objective is to monitor the insect activity closely so that when irregularity is detected, corrective action can be taken promptly.

• Provide investigation;
• Determine origin of pest;
• Submit an Investigation Report.

• Offer a variety of Integrated pest management (IPM) training including onsite seminars and online webinars.

• Ensure that your premises maintain a high standard of Housekeeping and Sanitation Practices;
• Ensure that all Safety Measures are observed, and most importantly;
• Ensure that your premises will pass Audits by Customers and relevant Audit Bodies;
• Provide identification of Insect species with relevant Pest Fact Sheet(s).

• A walk through site assessment at the internal and external of the compound;
• Provide you with information on the pest status;
• Conduct pest identification and provide pest fact sheet, if required;
• Night inspection when necessary;
• Wrap-up meeting;
• Submit a program review report with recommendations.
