Lily Lim started her career with our Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF) as an Air Operations System Specialist and have benefitted immensely from the 9 years with our RSAF.
Subsequently, Lily joined Aardwolf Pestkare Singapore (APS) in 2005, was assigned to various departments including Marketing, Operations and was involved in Strategic Planning. Lily rose through the ranks as Service Development Manager and is currently the Managing Director of Aardwolf Pestkare (S) Pte Ltd.
Lily is currently a member of the Pest Management Sectoral Tripartite Committee (STC) and enjoys contributing towards enhancing the well beings and image of our technicians in the Pest Management Industry.

Termite Management Specialist
Dr. Jerry Hu is one of Asia’s leading specialists in termite management. Following his postdoctoral training at the University of Georgia (USA) and Universiti Sains Malaysia, Dr. Hu joined Aardwolf Pestkare (S) Pte Ltd in 2011 as Technical Manager.
Since then, he has led Singapore’s Quality Support Team, driving innovation and excellence in pest management. With a strong foundation in scientific research, Dr. Hu continues to contribute to the continuous improvement of pest management practices across the region.
Service Control Executive
Siti leads the Service Control team as the Service Control Executive. The team serves as a key point of contact for both external and internal Clients.
Our Service Controllers coordinate with Clients to schedule service dates and provide any additional support they may need.
Service Manager
Fauzee’s journey with Aardwolf Pestkare began in 1999 when he joined as a Trainee Technician. Over the past 26 years, through hard work, dedication, and a deep commitment to excellence, he has grown steadily within the company to become a respected Service Manager.
Today, he leads six service teams with a strong focus on delivering outstanding client care and upholding the highest standards of service quality. Fauzee’s leadership and passion continue to make a lasting impact on both his team and the clients they serve.
