Very impressed with their service. It's easy to book their services. Their technician Inn conducts himself professionally and always come on time or even slightly earlier. He takes the time to check my house for signs of pest activity and is proactive in preventing pest activity by putting cockroach baits inside my riser. He also gives good advice. Amazing! We engaged them for termite inspection for our new house. Audrey was very prompt in replying and sent all required information without prompting. She was the only company that told us that if there are termites detected, we will need to postpone renovation by 2 months.

Sharul came down to do the inspection and it was very thorough. He also shared about how termites enter homes and work. Report was comprehensive with photo and thermal scan of each room and area ????
