Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I would give 10 stars if I could. customer service was top notch. They were empathetic and tried their best to arrange to solve my issue where birds got into my false ceiling, quite an unusual situation i'll admit.
They referred me to a partner due to the unusual nature of the case, but he was closed for the weekend. Instead of just brushing me aside, they actually took up the case! in a short span of 30 mins, they assembled a team (I asked for 2, they gave me 2). No fuss, no drama.
and in 20 minutes, their team arrived. A young, Malay man, polite, professional and respectful. Then, a senior technician, Chinese man, also very polite, professional and respectful. Most importantly, they were skilled and did things properly, putting on gloves, handling the tricky situation well, and helping to close the gap where the birds flew in. Then their supervisor came with more equipments, again, another solid guy with good comms and politeness.
I would 100% recommend their service for pest control and animal removal! Prompt, professional, skilled, polite. SOLID!
