In September, I left a query with 4 different pest control companies seeking help for a pest in my apartment. For a few weeks I had many red beetles in my apartment. When I reached out to the pest control companies, Aardwolf Pestkare impressed me for the following reasons. FIrst, it had a comprehensive list of pests that needed remving, and beetles as among them. Of the four companies to which I sent a query, only Aardwolf and one other had this listing. Second, Aardwolf responded quickly on a Sunday afternoon. The others were not impressive: one which was also the pest control for my company asked for a picture of the beetle and after that, it was radio silence; one replied so late that my problem was already resolved. The last company identified the same problem as Aardwolf but told me they could fumigate my apartment for $350. Third, Aardwolf's team genuinely cares for the customer. Willa not only identified my problem, and gave me a solution (told me what to look for in my pantry and advised me to remove the source of food and the beetles will be gone). Willa also helpfully texted me literature of the beetle. A week later, after I had resolved the problem, I asked WIlla if I needed to fumigate. I was told to monitor for a few weeks and to reach out if the problem persisted. This is compared to the other company who simply quoted me a price to fumigate. I was educated on the beetles by Aardwolf Pestkare. What delightful service. I have now shared my experience with many friends, and I will gladly turn to Aardwolf if I needed pest care, and will tell my friends to do the same. The supervisor Mr Alvin is very good! After inspection he found one of our drainage got quite a lot of leaves inside blocking the water flowing out of the house smoothly. The mosquitoes can breed in the water. This was mentioned by our previous petrol control personnel before but he didn’t do anything. For so many years no other pest control service ever opened this drainage before. As the cover was a bit stuck over the years it took some time for Mr Alvin to open. He cleared all the leaves and put the chemicals to prevent the mosquito breeding. Mr Alvin and his colleague inspected the whole area carefully and did a wonderful job. We never regret engaging Aardwolf Pestkare for the condominium we managed. They are very professional and meticulous in their inspection. The photo and video report supporting their service show that they look thoroughly at all the areas in the estate. They even check sprinkler pump room tank. It's been a harrowing journey in the last 6 months - from discovering the termite infestation, to trying home-based methods of killing termites such as dusting powder, to removing destroyed wooden cupboards - only to realize that the termites have ravaged another nearby cupboard, to finally the hundreds of alates swarming inside our house every few days and trying to kill them (what a mess). To be honest, it was a complete nightmare for my family & I. Trying out different methods to get rid of the termites but to no avail, and a worsening situation. Safe to say I have a fear of termites now. I am really really grateful to Aardwolf Pestkare, and the senior technicians Samad and Ramzan, for their attentive care and support these last few months. After the first swarm of alates, we reached our breaking point and decided to engage pest control. Aardwolf was able to schedule an appointment (props to Suhaili) within a few days, to come down and do a thorough scan (using infrared technology and traditional eye checks). Samad & Ramzan were able to pinpoint the locations of termites and recommend a treatment solution catered to our house. They applied baiting treatment and followed up with us every 2 weeks (1st follow-up was 1 week after initial treatment), and also made a final check after no termites were spotted to ensure a total eradication of the nest. Throughout the whole process, they were very patient to answer our many questions, and assured us of the progress during/after each follow-up. Each appointment was not rushed, and checking of termite spots and application of the baiting treatment was done carefully. As of today, the termite infestation has been eradicated and hopefully there will be no new infestations. Would recommend anyone with a termite infestation problem to immediately contact AardWolf. Their prices may be a little higher than the market average but personally to my family & I it was well-worth every cent. I don't usually write reviews on Google but this is the first time I am gladly writing one. Will continue to work with AardWolf for future scans every few months to ensure no termite infestation occurs again (or to ensure early spotting and immediate treatment).
